First Fridays, this Friday

On the first Friday of each month, everyone from young urban professionals to suburban grandparents converge on the Crossroads Arts District. What once felt like a neighborhood block party has quickly turned into an all-out Kansas City tradition. Galleries, restaurants and shops open to the public, offering music, hospitality and a glimpse at the art, energy and authenticity that’s ingrained in our neighborhood. Living at THE BROADWAY means you’re connected to the momentum of this frenetic event and everything happening downtown. Come experience the culture of the Crossroads this Friday, and stop in and see us at our sales gallery. Who knows, we just might find you a better view of First Fridays.

Each year in France, the third Thursday in November is set aside to celebrate the harvest of the Beaujolais Nouveau. The occasion is marked with festivities, festivals and fireworks. Last Thursday, we  brought that same spirit of France to THE BROADWAY with a wine event at our sales gallery. We had floor plans instead of explosive fireworks, fixtures instead of festivals and very few actual French people, but we did have a whole lot of wine drinking. Thanks to everyone who joined us for the evening and made it such a memorable success. Our sales gallery will be open this Thanksgiving weekend, so stop in and see us after you think about doing your holiday shopping, decide not to, think about it again and then put it off until December 24th.

A few new features for our site

We added the 3D FLY-BY so you can see exactly what we’ve been talking about all this time. Enough with the flowery adjectives. Enough talk. This is what THE BROADWAY will look like. Also, play around with our interactive floor planner, and envision what and where your stuff will fit into your space. Pick up furniture, move it around, and then do it all over again. No heavy lifting required.
