The Urban Homes tour is this weekend. It’s downtown Kansas City’s answer to the burby Home and Garden’s tour. But with urban patios instead of gardens. And rooftop swimming pools instead of neighborhood clubhouses. The tour takes place Saturday 10-4 and Sunday 12-4 and features more than 30 lofts, flats, townhouses and apartments in the downtown area including THE BROADWAY. We’re not biased, but we hear THE BROADWAY is pretty much the coolest project on the whole tour — or the Universe. You can catch the tour at the bus stop at 13th and Main, or print out a free guide and head out on your own. Each year in France, the third Thursday in November is set aside to celebrate the harvest of the Beaujolais Nouveau. The occasion is marked with festivities, festivals and fireworks. Last Thursday, we  brought that same spirit of France to THE BROADWAY with a wine event at our sales gallery. We had floor plans instead of explosive fireworks, fixtures instead of festivals and very few actual French people, but we did have a whole lot of wine drinking. Thanks to everyone who joined us for the evening and made it such a memorable success. Our sales gallery will be open this Thanksgiving weekend, so stop in and see us after you think about doing your holiday shopping, decide not to, think about it again and then put it off until December 24th.

A few new features for our site

We added the 3D FLY-BY so you can see exactly what we’ve been talking about all this time. Enough with the flowery adjectives. Enough talk. This is what THE BROADWAY will look like. Also, play around with our interactive floor planner, and envision what and where your stuff will fit into your space. Pick up furniture, move it around, and then do it all over again. No heavy lifting required.

The Broadway sales gallery is open and offering a hint at what The Broadway will become. It’s easy to picture yourself in one of our spaces when you step inside our kitchen, closet, bathroom, utility room or take a walk across our bamboo floors. Come by and see our scaled model up close, and learn everything you want to know about life at The Broadway.
